June 11, 2018 (Oklahoma City, OK) – The Sharing Tree Board of Directors and staff welcomed their new Executive Director, Tabitha Narvaiz, to the organization. Ms. Narvaiz comes equipped to provide strategic leadership in resource and organizational development, communications, and the day-to-day operations of Sharing Tree.
Prior to joining Sharing Tree, Tabitha managed special projects and community outreach for Oklahoma City Community College President, Jerry Steward, and worked to increase community support and services offered to Servicemembers and Veterans throughout Oklahoma as a contractor for the U.S. Department of the Army. Tabitha began her career in Washington, D.C. where she worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, multiple state and national political campaigns, and advocated on behalf of a diverse portfolio of clients that included veteran services and transportation and infrastructure.
“We are very excited to have Tabitha taking on the role of executive director for Sharing Tree,” said Erin Logan, Board President. “Tabitha brings to the job an exceptional combination of drive, compassion, and proven leadership skills in strategic planning and development.
